Newton County School System will host a PROBE College Fair at Alcovy High School on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the school commons area. All Newton County School System high school students are invited to attend. A second PROBE College Fair will be held at the Stonecrest Mall in Lithonia on Monday, September 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Students can pre-register for either college fair online at and simply print out the registration document with barcode.

PROBE is the organized college fair tour that attracts representatives from non-profit educational institutions to shopping malls, civic centers, and high schools throughout the state of Georgia. Approximately 65 colleges and technical colleges will be represented at this year’s Newton County PROBE Fair, including the following:

During the PROBE fair, students and parents will have the opportunity to speak with college representatives on topics such as financial aid, housing, programs of study, admissions requirements, scholarships, and campus life.
