Balanced Scorecard

The Newton County School System’s Balanced Scorecard is the method through which the district mission, beliefs and strategic plan goals are translated into a framework of performance measures. Performance is measured in the areas of student academic achievement, organizational and operational effectiveness, and school climate and stakeholder satisfaction. By investigating this data tool, one can determine the actual yearly performance in these areas as well as the projected target performance for upcoming years.
