BOARD MEMBER METHOD OF ELECTION
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999

Candidates may not offer for election to the board from any district other than the district in which their legal residence lies. Each member of the board shall be elected by the qualified electors of the education district he/she represents only.

There shall be elected to the Board of Education of Newton County one member from each of the education districts.
