SCHOOL DAY
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999

In accordance with the State Board of Education policy AF, the Newton County Board of Education school day for grades 4-12 shall not be less than six hours, exclusive of recesses and lunch periods, and the length of the school day for grades K-3 shall not be less than four and one-half hours exclusive of recesses and lunch periods.
