BOARD MINUTES
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999

The County Superintendent of Schools shall record or appoint someone to record in a book the official proceedings of the Newton County Board of Education in a manner as required by law. This record is a public record open to the inspection of any person interested therein and shall be open to public inspection immediately following the next regular business meeting.

As required by law, within two (2) business days after the adjournment of a meeting of the Board, an agenda shall be prepared in writing and made available to the public for inspection, setting forth the subjects acted on and those members present at the meeting.
