ADMINISTRATION IN POLICY ABSENCE
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999

In cases where action must be taken within the school system and the Board has provided no guides (Board policies) for administrative action, the Superintendent shall have the power to act. It shall be the duty of the Superintendent to inform the Board of the need for policy.
