SUPERINTENDENT COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999
The salary, compensation and benefits of the Superintendent shall be determined in the contractual agreement made between the Board of Education and the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall be granted all benefits afforded other professional staff members including, but not limited to, teacher retirement, health insurance and life insurance. Monthly salary of the Superintendent shall be greater than that of any other staff member.
