ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999

Non-instructional administrative personnel shall be designated in such number and with specific obligations and responsibilities as is necessary for the effective functioning of the educational programs of the Newton County School District. The Superintendent shall recommend these persons to the Board for its approval.
