SCHOOL BOARD REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULES
Date: JANUARY 4, 1999

The Newton County Board of Education shall develop policies by which it governs the school district. Through policy, the Board establishes the goals for the school system and provides direction for the Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible for implementing and enforcing Board policies through administrative procedures and regulations.
