Mission Statement

The mission of  East Newton Elementary School is to ensure that all learners have the opportunity to develop their full potential.

Our Beliefs

  •  Children learn best in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment.

  • All children possess positive attributes that must be recognized in order to promote their self-worth.

  • All children have an innate desire to learn and will learn when given appropriate opportunities.

  • Children learn best when the learning is meaningful.

  • Children achieve more when expectations are high and attitudes are positive.

  • Success is achieved through a collaboration of parents, teachers, students, and community.

Our Vision

Children's excitement about learning will lead them to achieve increasingly higher levels of performance and personal well-being.
