Dr. Naomi Cobb It’s a NEW YEAR at “The View!” I’m so happy to begin this journey at the new Fairview Elementary School with each of you! Covington, GA is a long drive from my hometown of Gulfport, Mississippi, but I am so happy to be living and working in beautiful Newton County. When I’m home, I enjoy spending precious time with my family, which includes four wonderful grandchildren. I also enjoy reading and singing! I’ve been principal at Ficquett Elementary School and also East Newton Elementary School, but I’ve also taught students in 7th and 8th grades. We have terrific students here at Fairview! My wish for each of them is to soar high to success and become the best they can be.

Mr. LaMoyne A. Brunson III “Hello Fairview Families!” That’s my voice you hear on the messages, and I am very happy to be part of Fairview Elementary School with each of you! This is my fourth year as Assistant Principal, and I have also been a teacher in third grade and second grade classes. I’m having a great first year at Fairview, but I can’t believe that I’ve been working with students for 16 years! I went to school in Covington, so of course I am very excited to work here. When I have free time at home, I love playing with my three dogs, but I don’t have much free time because I am back in college at Liberty University. My wish is for every student to be safe, happy, and successful!
