2010-2011 School Year

School Uniforms

Uniforms will consist of the following options:

· Plain pants in khaki, navy, or black

· Plain skirts in khaki, navy, or black

· Plan shorts which are finger tip in length in khaki, navy, or black

**All items should fit at the waist not appearing to be oversized for the student.**

· Tops may be solid round neck t-shirt with no insignia or graphic (no undergarment t-shirts), a solid polo shirt with collar or a button down collared shirt in red, white, navy, black, burgundy, yellow, or hunter green.  MRE spirit shirts are acceptable wear.  All tops should be tucked in unless made to be worn out.

· Belts should be worn when belt loops are present.

· Shoes should be non-skid marking athletic tennis shoes with no black bottoms.  You may send in an extra pair of tennis shoes for recess.

· All school uniforms from other schools will be accepted as long as they follow county dress code expectations.

· Jackets should be hung in homeroom.  For warmth, students should dress in solid uniform tops. 

Choice Dress Days

These will be designated by administration throughout the year.  On these days, students may choose to wear a school uniform or dress in clothing that meets the county dress code policy .
