Felicia Arnold, President

Mrs. Felicia Arnold is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She moved to Georgia 13 years ago. She is married to Andrew Arnold Jr. and they have a son Jabari Arnold.  She has a B.S. in Management; M.A. in Human Resource Management, and owns and operates Kidz R People 2 LLC, which is a state and county licensed before and after-school program.

 She is dedicated to being actively involved within the school and community to ensure that our children have all the resources to be successful students and productive citizens. We are pleased to have Mrs. Arnold serve the West Newton school and community.

Mrs. Marteeta Spradling-PTO Vice-President.


Marteeta Spradling is married to Barton A. Spradling and is a stay at home mom of 3; Jaxson, Jayson and Jazlyn. Mrs. Spradling has a degree in Music Entertainment Management from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She was the continuity director for WKLS and WALR in the early 90's. After moving back home to North Carolina, Mrs. Spradling changed careers and pursued the health and wellness industry. Marteeta combined her love for music with the art of massage therapy and became a massage therapist for several recording artists, American Idol, Disney and Nickelodeon. Mrs. Spradling would like to bring her skills of leadership and creativity to the position of Vice President of WNES PTO. We are pleased to have Mrs. Spradling a part of the WNES family.

 

Mrs. Chere' Day - PTO Vice President

Chere' Day is a proud mother of 4 children, three of which attend West Newton Elementary. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services with a minor in Business Administration. Currently, she is a stay at home with my son and my niece. Her children and their education is a priority in her life.  By serving on the PTO, she looks forward to all that we can do this year at West Newton for our children.
 

 

 

 

Ms. Stephanie Allen - PTO Secretary

Ms. Allen is a Graduate of Spelman College, Atlanta, GA (class of 1987) with a B.A. degree in Economics.  She is the mother of Kendall N. Allen a 4th grader at WNES.  She is originally from Seattle, Washington. 

Ms. Allen is currently employed as a Regional Associate with The College Board, Southern Regional Office in Duluth, GA.  She is a faithful member of Total Grace Christian Center World Headquarters, where she serves as Worship Leader and Deacon. We are pleased to have Ms. Allen serve the WNES students and community.

Mr. Barton Spradling- PTO Treasurer

 Barton A. Spradling is the father of 3, and married to Marteeta C. Spradling. Mr. Spradling has served in the US Army for 2 years and is currently employed with the Dekalb County Police Department for over 19 years.  He is assigned to the Aerial Support Unit, where he is a Pilot/Tactical Flight Officer. Mr. Spradling is looking forward to serving as the Treasurer of WNES PTO. We are excited to have Mr. Spradling join our PTO.
