Six of these accomplished individuals were proudly part of Newton High School's August Commencement Ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. At this significant event, the graduates received their well-earned diplomas, presented by Newton High School principal, Dr. Shannon Buff. Notably, they were also greeted on stage by Newton County Interim Superintendent Benjamin Roundtree and Newton County Board of Education Chair, Mrs. Shakila Henderson-Baker.
