NCSS students are invited to a vaccination clinic hosted by the Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale (GNR) Public Health Thursday, Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 3:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. at Porter Performing Arts Center. This clinic will offer the Tdap vaccine required for 7th grade students, the Meningitis vaccine required for 11th grade students, and COVID-19 Booster vaccinations for those age 12 and older.
Please bring an ID and insurance card if you have them available. A parent/guardian must accompany students under the age of 18. Please see below for a summary of information.
