Newton County Schools Announces 2026–2027 Application Window for Virtual Instructional Program
Newton County Schools (NCS) is pleased to announce the official application window for its Virtual Instructional Program for the 2026–2027 academic year. Designed to provide flexible, high-quality learning opportunities, the program offers eligible middle and high school students an innovative pathway to academic success.
NCS will host one annual application window for currently enrolled students. Families seeking to expand educational options are encouraged to apply during this designated period.
The application window opens February 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (EST) and closes February 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST).
To be eligible, students must:
• Be currently enrolled in a Newton County Schools middle or high school
• Be failing no more than one course at the time of application
