Keys to Better Executive Functioning

Presented by Rene Seals, NCSS Lead Speech Pathologist

Executive functioning can be described as “the CEO of the brain” since these skills help us set goals, plan our work, and complete tasks. Students who have difficulty with executive skills are impacted in school and in everyday life. Most children with ADHD have difficulties with executive function, and many children with specific learning disabilities have challenges with them as well. Learn more about this important topic and hear personal testimonies of families who have found ways to overcome and adapt with their students.

This workshop is free and open to the public. Limited childcare is available upon request.
