NCSS Transportation Update

This is a reminder that the school system provides transportation for students from their home to school and back home. During this time, for the safety of our students and employees, we are unable to accommodate transportation changes that involve students visiting the homes of other students or being transported to locations other than the homes of parents and/or legal guardians. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Also, please check the bus route information weekly during this phased re-entry period, as the inclusion of additional students may alter your student’s bus stop times. (This also applies to school meals delivered via bus routes.) Changes will be posted by the Saturday before the student return dates of the next phases (i.e. October 31, November 7, respectively.)

Directions for finding bus route information:

  • First, enter the username (student ID or lunch number) and password (date of birth – MMDDYYYY). If you do not know your student’s ID number, you can access it by logging on to the Parent Portal.
  • Once logged in, select “work with students.” Next, select “view my students.” Then, select your student’s name.
  • The e-Link interface will display your student’s bus route number, bus stop times, and bus stop location.

Note: The school system must have your current, correct address for e-Link to function properly. If the address you see in e-Link is incorrect, please contact your school and update your information.
